Hey guys! For the next semester, I’m going to be using WVU Parkersburg’s gym to provide students and the community with easy workouts that can be done between classes!
This week’s workout:
Bench Press: 4×8 or 4×12
Dumbbell Flies: 4×8 or 4×12
Dumbbell Chest Press: 4×8 or 4×12
