Smart S’mores
If you are looking for a new, fun way to make s’mores look no further. These s’mores are smart because they are easy to make, fun to eat and you can take them on the go without the mess.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of egg roll wrappers
- 3 Hershey bars
- 1 box of graham crackers
- 1 bag of large marshmallows
- Oil
- Cinnamon
Step 1: Take egg roll wrappers and put two small Hershey bar pieces in the center.
Step 2: Crumble up graham crackers and spread a thin layer on top of the chocolate. Make sure that it is enough crumbs to almost make the chocolate disappear.
Step 3: Add two big marshmallows on top of the graham cracker crumbs.
Step 4: Wet the corners of the egg roll wrapper so that they will stick together and roll it into an egg roll.
Step 5: Add vegetable oil into the bottom of a skillet and cook the egg rolls in the oil for one minute on each side or until golden.
Step 6: As soon as the egg rolls are taken out of the oil, sprinkle them with cinnamon. If the egg rolls are still wet from the oil it will help the cinnamon attach to the egg rolls better.
Step 7: Enjoy! Take them on the go, or eat them at home and dip them in chocolate or marshmallow cream.
Super Easy S’mores Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 box of graham crackers
- 4-6 Hershey bars
- 1 bag of marshmallows
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
Step 2: Start by greasing the bottom of a round baking dish, and then add a layer of chocolate, using all your bars. (I used four bars, but would recommend a couple more.)
Step 3: After your chocolate layer, place a layer of marshmallows on top. After this, place the dish into the oven for 6-8 minutes.
Step 4: Let cool for 10 minutes, then enjoy!
This is an excellent twist on the usual s’more for all to devour and enjoy.
