A Fresh Take on Coleslaw

If you enjoy the idea of coleslaw but do not like mayonnaise, here is a healthy alternative.
Ingredients:
- 1 lemon
- apple cider vinegar
- Super fine sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vegetable or olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 pound of cabbage
Step 1: Take the lemon cut it in half, and squeeze both halves into a bowl.
Step 2: Add 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoons of sugar and whisk them together. The sugar will dissolve instantly.
Step 3: Add salt and pepper: 2 pinches of salt to 1 pinch of pepper.
Step 4: Grate 1/2 of the onion into the bowl.
Step 5: Add 1/4 cup of the oil of your choice, and whisk everything together.
Step 6: Skin the green apple, grate it to the core and add it to the bowl.
Step 7: Thinly slice a half pound of cabbage, either green or purple, it doesn’t matter.
Step 8: Let the cabbage sit a few minutes to wilt, and mix It up a couple minutes before you are going to use the coleslaw.
