WVU Parkersburg Graduation Application Deadline Quickly Approaching

Those who are eligible to graduate with their certificate, associate, or bachelor’s degree in May 2018 need to complete their graduation application before the March 16 deadline.

One can follow the directions below in order to complete their application, or continue to the link to find the directions.

Step 1: Log in to your OLSIS Account.

Step 2: Select Student Records.

Step 3: Select Apply for Graduation.

Step 4: Follow the instructions at the top of each page.

Step 5: Monitor your WVU Parkersburg email. All commencement information (including deadlines) will be sent to your WVU Parkersburg email.

Please check and make sure the program is stated correctly on the graduation application. If the current program listed for you is not the degree you plan to graduate with, please do not continue the application process. Instead, contact the Center for Student Services for assistance in correction your record at (304) 424-8310.

You may only apply for one degree per application. To submit a second application, you will need to return to the Student Services tab when the first application is complete to select the second curriculum and start the process over again.

Students who miss the deadline for applying via OLSIS may still apply by submitting a paper graduation application form. The form must be requested from the Center for Student Service Office (Room 1107) on the main campus.

Late applicants are ineligible to participate in the graduation ceremony.

If you want to be eligible for graduation and the graduation ceremony, please turn your application in through OLSIS before Friday, March 16, 2018.
